Utility-scale execution from the ground up.

This project included construction of the civil infrastructure required to support a 200 MW standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility, including site clearing, civil grading, BESS pad construction, and substation pad development.

Our scope also included installation of the site's underground wet utilities, including water, stormwater infrastructure, and erosion control measures required to support construction and long-term site operation.

For the Bandera Substation Project, we completed the civil grading, pad construction, stormwater management, and erosion control scope for a 128 MW electrical substation. Additional work included helical pile foundation installation for electrical equipment throughout the site and construction of the transformer containment pit.

This project consisted of installing duct banks and electrical vaults as part of a standby generator upgrade at the Holly Water Treatment Plant. Scope included locating existing underground electrical infrastructure, rerouting services, and connecting new standby generators to provide backup power to the facility during outages.

The Red Oak Data Centre project included construction of the wastewater infrastructure required to support the first four buildings of a 240 MW hyperscale data center campus, this comprised of a 3,000 GPD SludgeHammer aerobic treatment system and one-acre spray irrigation disposal field.

This project included excavation and installation of concrete-encased duct bank infrastructure supporting the SM1 substation, utility laydown area, and main administration building at the Texas Instruments Sherman campus.

This project included installation of low- and medium-voltage conduit infrastructure for a 125 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility and associated substation. Scope also included Trenwa, grounding systems, and BESS yard rock installation.

The team also completed hoisting and setting of the Megapacks and medium-voltage transformers throughout the facility.
