In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

The Website provides general information about Rueben Group and its civil construction, foundation, earthwork, underground utility, duct bank, and related infrastructure services performed for energy, utility, industrial, commercial, and municipal clients across the United States.

All content on the Website is general informational material. It cannot replace project-specific engineering, professional consultation, plans, specifications, contracts, permits, or other governing project documents. Project conditions, methods, schedules, costs, and results vary by site and by contract.

The Website is intended for business and professional use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. The Website is not directed to children.

You may use the Website to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Grayson County, Texas, or in the federal Eastern District of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Any dispute resolution, governing law, or venue provision in a separately executed construction agreement governs that agreement and is unaffected by this section.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by Rueben Group in exercising any right under these Terms constitutes a waiver of that right, and no waiver is effective unless in writing.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rueben Group regarding your use of the Website, and supersede prior communications regarding Website use only. They do not supersede any separately signed agreement between the parties.

Rueben Group may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
